Praters Foods, a United Supermarkets Company is seeking a Sanitation Team Member. This is a Full Time position. The individual will be working 2:00pm to 10:30pm.Job Summary:
Maintain cleanliness of the facility, warehouse, and office while ensuring all SSOP, Master Sanitation and chemical monitoring tasks are completed according to the proper schedule.
Job Requirements:
1. Food sanitation experience preferred, but not required.
2. Working knowledge of HACCP preferred.
3. Ability to implement Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures.
4. Ability to read and understand instructions pertaining to usage of cleaning chemicals
5. Knowledge of first aid/emergency procedures.
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a USDA plant.
7. Operation of cleaning equipment.
8. Exposure to steam, equipment, and chemicals
9. Must routinely lift 24 -- 30 pounds and be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
10. Willing to work night shift.
Essential Functions:
1. Implement all Sanitation SOPs.
2. Properly use all sanitation supplies and chemicals.
3. Properly complete sanitation paperwork.
